“BTS’ Jimin has earned his first #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 as a songwriter with his song, “Like Crazy”. Jimin has made history in more ways than one with his first ever solo Album “FACE” The album was released on 24th March 2023 with a pre-release track “Set Me Free Pt.2” and title track “Like Crazy” both his album and title track became this weeks’ top-selling album and song respectively. “FACE” topped the billboard 200 Albums chart, became a million-seller on the Hanteo chart, and broke streaming records as well.
The biggest win of all for Jimin was “Like Crazy” debuting at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart despite having the least radio play this decade according to Billboard. Jimin was completely involved in the whole process of making his album “FACE” he is credited as a songwriter in all 6 tracks and as a producer in 5 out of the tracks.
