“According to Jimin’s “FACE” album schedule, “Promise” and “Christmas Love” have now been officially released. “Promise” was only available on Soundcloud while “Christmas Love” was on YouTube released as a gift for fans for Christmas. Now the songs will be available on Spotify and all streaming sites both in South Korea and internationally.
“Promise” was Jimin’s first official solo song revealed outside of BTS. The song was written and recorded by Jimin along with BTS front man RM and the group’s longtime producer and collaborator Slow Rabbit, and it was released as a gift to fans in 2018.
Slow Rabbit, Jimin, and RM collaborated on the cheery and upbeat “Christmas Love,” which was released in 2020 as a holiday gift. The two new songs are added to Jimin’s gradually expanding catalog of solo tracks available for streaming, which already includes “With You,” his duet with closest friend and fellow K-pop singer Ha Sung Woon, and “Vibe,” his collaboration with Taeyang from BIGBANG on the Billboard Hot 100 hit single.
