“BTS RM’s first ever solo full length album is surpassing records and creating new records. Both the album “Indigo” and title track “Wil Flower” toped worldwide and European iTunes. The song also debuted highly on Spotify becoming the highest debut on Global Spotify history. All the songs on the album, simultaneously charted in the top 100 of the Spotify charts.
On the day of the album’s release, RM gave in-depth interviews to NME, Variety, and The Atlantic in which he addressed Indigo. Shortly after, he gave his first solo performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert. “Seoul” from the rapper’s Mono (2018) mixtape and the first two songs from the album, “Yun” and “Still Life,” launched the rapper’s three-song set.
In a two-part episode of the Melon Station radio show, RM appeared as a guest discussing producing the album, his collaborations, reveal behind-the-scenes tales, and take part in a Q&A. There will also be a special “Ask Me Anything” video produced. Listen to the album on Spotify
