“Word on these streets is that BTS will be collaborating with Snoop Dog, there have been rumours about the two collaborating for a long time but the US rapper alagedly confirmed it himself. The A.V. club reported that, “It looks like a Snoop Dogg and BTS collaboration previously only rumored to be in the works has now been confirmed by the hip hop mogul himself. During the American Song Contest red carpet on Monday, legendary rapper (and ASC host) Snoop Dogg revealed that a collaboration between himself and global sensation BTS is officially happening.”
They went on to add, “Snoop tells The A.V. Club, “The BTS experience you keep talking about. I’m going to let them tell you about it. It’s official like a referee with a whistle. I love that entertainment world. It’s good music. It’s [a] vibe. I make good music. They make good music. And we end up doing this. This is what it’s always about, bringing our worlds together.” The A.V Club
Snoop Dogg who was previously called Snoop Doggy Dogg then briefly decided to go with Snoop Lion, is an American rapper, songwriter, media personality, actor, and entrepreneur. He has since sold over 23 million albums in the United States and 35 million albums worldwide
It wouldn’t be far fetched if the two great artists collaborated since BTS have always said that hiphop influenced them greatly and in their song “Hip Hop phile” RM referenced to Snoop Dog’s album “Doggystyle” and j-hope shared the rapper’s perfromance during this year’s Superbowl. Was that a hint aka spoiler? But fans are being cautious and are waiting for any other official confirmation before they get their excitement and hopes up. BTS ARMYs say they do not want to be clowned and some say that they will only beleive it if BigHit denies the news.
