“Day 1 of BTS’ “Permission to Dance on Stage, SEOUL” concert kicked off and the members performed amidst the restrictions on clapping, singing, dancing, and even standing during the concert. In the end, as is always the case with BTS; concerts, the members gave their speeches speaking about how the event was meaningful. j-hope said,

“Everyone have you been well? if you’ve been well, clap once and if you haven’t, clap twice. I don’t think i’ve been doing that well. honestly, for the past 2.5 years, covid, I didn’t know when it was going to end and I kept missing you. so this is what i’ve been thinking of. and right when i saw you guys, these thoughts were washed away. for the past 2.5 years, we wanted to do something for you ARMYs, like online concerts and such, and we lived while working hard but it was really difficult. “

“I really felt that as performers “the audience is needed for the performance/concerts to be complete. thank you for washing these concerns away and I missed you all so much, I cannot explain with words…”
