Namjoon aka RM is the leader of BTS while Jin is the oldest member in BTS. Their dynamic is great to watch since they always seem like they compliment each other like the first and second siblings. They are both chaotic and calm, they have their loud moments and moments where they are calm. And they really are the pillars that hold BTS together.
